The Bayport Fire Department issues burning permits for the City of Bayport, Oak Park Heights and Baytown Township.
Burning permits are issued for fires that do not meet the criteria of a recreational fire. It may take up to 1 week for the Fire Department to issue a burning permit, so please plan accordingly. Also, no burning permits will be issued while a burning ban is in effect.
